CDC ORDER UNCONSTITUTIONAL?
Matt Koglemeier and Mark Zinman the CDC order. A federal judge in Texas held that the CDC moratorium is unconstitutional. However, that doesn’t automatically mean that it is invalid everywhere. This is a great step forward for property rights, but it’s not the end of the line.
